How it works
For caseworkers and care teams
You need documentation that stands up and strategies your team will follow. We give you a defensible formulation, diagnostic clarity where it’s genuinely unclear, and recommendations written for the people on shift.
When a psychiatric or medication question arises, it’s handled inside the same team, so nothing stalls waiting on an outside referral.
For foster and kinship carers
You’re the one holding the relationship through the hard days. We work alongside you, in plain language, with strategies that fit real life rather than ideal conditions, and we take the time to help the behaviour make sense so you’re not left carrying it on your own.
Working with organisations
