The Focused Recovery Parenting Program

Intensive, small-group treatment to relieve symptoms and take the pressure off home.

For families who've completed an assessment with us.

Tell us what you’re working on, and we’ll match you into a small group formed around it.

When understanding isn't the missing piece anymore

You’ve had an assessment. You understand what’s going on for your child, and you know it isn’t anyone’s fault. What you want now is for daily life to get easier. This program is where that change is the whole focus.

How it works

Three families, matched

You work alongside two other families, all facing the same kind of challenge, so the group is built around what you’re actually dealing with.

Four months of focused work

A sustained block of intensive work with our clinicians, aimed squarely at easing the symptoms that are hardest to live with.

Shared, and that's the point

You get each other through. Seeing another parent try something and watching it land changes what you can do at home, and sharing the work makes intensive treatment more affordable.

What four months is for?

The aim is simple and honest: fewer and less intense hard moments, and a household under less pressure.

We can’t promise a child will change on a timeline, but we can put focused, sustained effort behind the symptoms that are costing your family the most, with other families pushing in the same direction alongside you.

Who it's for

Families who’ve completed an assessment with us and are ready to put the work in. This isn’t a gentle introduction, and it isn’t peer support with a nice label. It’s treatment, for parents who want to change the hard days, not just get through them.

How you start

Register your interest and tell us what you’re working on. Our care team will match you with two other families facing something similar and let you know when your group is ready to begin.

Common questions

Yes. This program builds directly on the understanding an assessment gives, so it’s a next step for families we’ve already assessed. If you haven’t been assessed with us, that’s the place to start, and our team can point you there.

Because the other families are part of what makes it work, and because sharing the work makes intensive treatment more affordable. Three families, all facing something similar, get each other through.

It’s a more affordable way into intensive treatment, because the work is shared across three families rather than one.

Groups form once three families with a shared challenge are matched, so timing depends on the fit. Register your interest and we’ll tell you when yours is ready.
