You've probably been offered one piece of the picture

You leave understanding what's going on, and to knowing what to do when things are hard.

Families often get sent in a single direction. A diagnosis and a report, with nothing that changes day to day. Medication that settles the symptoms but not the relationship underneath.

Or therapy for the child while you wait in the next room, unsure what to do differently at home.

We look at your child’s development, mental health, learning and experience together, and we treat your relationship with your child as the thing that helps most.

What working with us looks like

01

Connection

From your first conversation, you’re met with understanding, not judgement. Things already feel a little steadier.

02

Discovery

Together we work out what’s actually going on, and build a plan that fits your family.

03

Understanding

Your child’s behaviour starts to make sense. The pressure at home eases.

04

Growth

You repair and strengthen the relationship, with support in the room.

05

Empowerment

As your child grows, we’re still here for whatever comes next.

A calm first step: the Confident Parent Program

If you’re not ready for an assessment, this is a good place to begin.

Over four weeks, online and in a small group, we help you make sense of your child’s behaviour and give you practical ways to respond when things get hard at home.

You bring real situations from your week, and you leave each session with something you can try that day.

Led by our senior clinicians Michelle and Karen.
